All payments are accepted through PayPal.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to North Carolina will incur state sales tax.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS first class mail. Please allow 3-6 days for delivery depending on your location. International orders will take longer.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the customization of most products, refunds are not available. Should an item be damaged upon receipt, please let me know immediately so that I may rectify the situation.

Purchasing a Gift?
Items purchased as a gift can be shipped directly to the recepient.

Colors
Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colors used used in the products. However, colors will vary due to the monitor they are viewed on.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Unless otherwise noted, most orders ship between 1-3 days of your order being placed. Custom orders may take longer. Any delays will be communicated.

What materials do you use?
My goal is to use as many eco-friendly materials as possible in the making of my products. Most papers used are made of recycled paper and packaging is kept to a minimum so as to not create additional waste.

Proofs
If your order requires one, a digital proof will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Your order will not be processed until your final approval has been received. Bella Paper Goods is not responsible for gramatical errors, typos, incorrect and/or missing information provided to us.
